When building the caves, and indeed the whole village, modern methods, tools and machines should be completely dispensed with. A stonemason cuts the stones with a chisel and the carpenter builds the beams from freshly cut tree trunks.
While some professions have survived into modern times and have in some cases been further developed, there are many professions that have died out and whose techniques have been forgotten. The main focus should be on these trades and they should, as far as possible - also with the help of scientists - be revitalized. In particular, the old techniques should be rediscovered, as well as the professions associated with them, such as the slug maker, the leg turner, the letter painter, the copper engraver, the type cutter and many more.
